Ha....ha....ha... Funny how some people can be. A few cast members have changed, but it's the same old story. The fight for fame and glory. One doesn't need to slug it out infamously to get the well deserved honour and recognition. With this kind of annual charades going on in most Filipino community groups, how do these self proclaimed community leaders expect majority of the Filipino populace in Australia to join their organizations. Better to group ourselves with a few trusted family and friends rather than join the mellee. Baguhin naman ninyo ang style. Nakakasawa na!

This is to inform your readers that Ms. Musa is not a member of Alpha Phi Omega (APO). She was involved with the APO Young Ambassador Quest as Chariman, representing ADOLP. APO was represented by myself as Co-Chairman at the 2007 and 2008 quest. Further staging of the Young Ambassador was carried out without the knowledge of APO. This project was presented to APO by Brod Gerry Musa, who was the appointed Project Leader of the APO Village in Paranaque. He was also appointed as the APO / GK Coordinator but replaced last year by Brod Raul Manongdo.

Please let it be known that any APO representation by Ms J. Musa or Brod Gerry Musa is not officially sanctioned by APO unless otherwise specifically announced.

dear benjie

one of the reasons i enjoy reading all your articles is that you write as you think and feel and your no-bull attitude has to be commended.

the PCC debacle continues. while there are TRAPOS in there - both front and background, PCC remains the organisation that represents many so-called organisations but if you review their membership, it's the same people over and over....where is the legitimacy in that?

also - going thru the list of so-called winners in the recent PCC elections, why dont they just hand down the seats to their supporters - afterall, its the same people that are either pushed to run, or legitimately wanted to run.

but then - looking at their composition, PCC will remain a sad and pathetic organisation that only serves to represent a few - and not the very community that it is supposed to!

keep writing - and we will keep reading!

cheers
